Tart Cider, LLC was formed in late 2016 as a collaboration between Zoe Van Schyndel and Nicholas E. Timm, after the two discovered a mutual love for cider and apples. The company is committed to sourcing products locally, maintaining a U.S. base for raw materials, doing things naturally and creating a delicious, natural product for any person older than 21. The company HQ is located in Olympia, Washington and currently distributes around the entire state of Washington.

Launched in 2009 by Puget Sound natives, Travis Guterson and Mike Runion, 7 Seas Brewing Co. established shop near downtown beautiful Gig Harbor in a 1,500 sq. ft. building formerly used as a racquetball court. Today, 7 Seas operates two breweries and taprooms open everyday in Gig Harbor and Tacoma and distributes their beer throughout all of Washington. We tested our first batch in our Mexican brewery, and after a few exploding bottles,we perfected the craft with the help of the experts at University of California, Davis.Our team’s first U.S. production took place in the Pac Northwest in 2015, and was released into the market late summer of that year. We craft our ciders from great cider apples that we grow on our orchard in sunny East Wenatchee, WA. Our incredible region gives our trees the ideal conditions to grow apples packed with the flavors necessary to produce fine ciders. Hot sunny summers and cold snowy winters result in apples that mature with incredible aromatics and delicious flavors. When ripened to perfection, we pick these apples and craft them with the utmost care into fine cider blends, resulting in rich ciders full of delicious complexity.
