Pumpkin Pie Pudding Shots
Pumpkin pie and cinnamon whisky are the combination we never knew we needed.
Ingredients:
- 2 (3.4-oz.) boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Fireball Whisky
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped topping, for garnish
- Cinnamon, for garnish
- Cinnamon graham cracker squares, for garnish
Directions:
- Whisk together vanilla pudding, milk, Fireball Whisky, vodka, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl.
- Once thoroughly mixed, spoon portions into shot glasses and let sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Top each glass with whipped topping, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a graham cracker.
Fireball Hot Toddies
This recipe is perfect for when there’s a noticeable chill in the air and the cure is something delicious and warm.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup warm caramel
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Fireball Whisky
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
Directions:
- Dip drinking glasses in melted caramel.
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add honey to each glass and squeeze lemon juice.
- Pour over Fireball Whisky and boiling water and stir until honey is dissolved.
- Top with cinnamon stick and star anise.
Boozy Apple Cider
Enhance a fall-time staple with Fireball Whisky.
Ingredients:
- 1 gal. apple cider
- 1 1/2 cup Fireball Whisky
- 1/2 cup caramel
- 3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
- 8 apples
- Lemon juice, for brushing
Directions:
- In a crockpot, combine apple cider, whisky, cinnamon sticks, and caramel. Cook on low until warmed through, about 2 to 3 hours.
- Make apple cups by slicing off the top of each apple. Use a spoon to remove the inside of the apple. Squeeze lemon juice inside the apple cups to prevent apples from browning.
- Ladle hot cider into apple cups.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve immediately.
