About Mejinta Tequila Offerings

Mijenta believes crafting premium tequila begins with quality ingredients, which is why it uses fully mature Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. In addition to using only the best ingredients, Mijenta employs a meticulous process to capture all the nuances of the agave, which includes slow cooking, rich fermentation, and delicate distillation.

Mejinta Tequila bottles

With a commitment to perfection in every detail, Mijenta products are the result of a carefully controlled process where every step receives the attention it deserves and includes no additives.

Showcasing the artistry of traditional tequila-making with a modern twist, Mijenta offers various options for tequila connoisseurs and casual drinkers to enjoy.

Añejo (ABV: 40%)

Aged for approximately 18 months in four bespoke casks (American white oak, French oak, acacia, and cherry), Mijenta Añejo boasts a complex, intense, and exquisitely well-balanced flavor profile. Only a sip is needed to experience the smooth and velvety taste that offers an array of complex flavors, ranging from dried fruits to spices and coffee.

Blanco (ABV: 40%)

Bright and transparent with a powerful body, Mijenta Blanco is aromatic, elegant, and complex, with unfolding notes of cantaloupe, honey, and cinnamon. The rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit, and spices create an outstanding, generous, and round finish.

Cristalino (ABV: 40%)

Mijenta Cristalino undergoes a maturation process of approximately eight months in Symphony Barrels that are specifically designed for the creation of this premium tequila. It offers tasting notes of maple, caramel, coffee, coconut, toffee, fruity notes of citrus and honey, and cooked agave.

Reposado (ABV: 40%)

Mijenta Reposado offers a more mature and fuller expression with a long finish on the palate thanks to a six-month maturation process in a blend of American white oak, French oak, and French acacia casks. The time spent in oak barrels imparts a light golden hue and introduces rich flavors of cooked agave, honey, and vanilla with a mid-palate of cacao nibs.
