Each Beer has its own name and unique identity; like the people who have inspired them. Hair of Dog is proud to be one of the first breweries in America specializing in the production of high alcohol, bottle conditioned beers as well as experimenting with the barrel aging process since 1994.

From humble beginnings came true enlightenment for this leading San Diego-based brewery. Every batch of beer is a labor of love and is a true Green Flash collaboration. To keep our fans thirsty for more, we consistently produce experimental, limited-edition and seasonal offerings in addition to a solid lineup of long-time favorites.

Once located in the woods of Turner, Oregon, Gilgamesh Brewing has expanded and moved into a new facility in South Salem.  The three Radtke brothers, and their father, Lee, spent the summer of 2012 recreating a former grass seed warehouse into a full scale brewery. They also transformed the warehouse office building into a handcrafted restaurant featuring custom woodwork and metal fabrication.

Georgetown is a Seattle craft brewery and brewer of Manny’s Pale Ale. We’re a draft beer only production brewery, which means that all we do is make beer and fill kegs. Sorry, no brewpub, but we do have a retail shop where you can pick up kegs to go, growlers, and perhaps get a taste of our newest beer before it’s released. Or you could be social and get out to your favorite local watering hole.

American and European brewmasters have come together to create the Trumer Brauerei Berkeley. With a passionate commitment to the Pilsner style, this international team has worked tirelessly to preserve every detail of the original Trumer Pils process of its centuries old brewery in Salzburg, Austria.

From first sip to last drop, you can taste the expert craft that goes into all of our beer. BridgePort was founded and is based in Portland, Oregon. And like any Portland citizen, we have some of the best water in the world right from the tap. The source of the water is a Mt. Hood watershed reservoir called Bull Run, and it’s almost too good for brewing.

Gambrinus is best known as the owner and brewer of Shiner Beers, which are brewed at the Spoetzl Brewery (oldest independent brewery in Texas) in Shiner, Texas. Gambrinus also owns the BridgePort Brewery in Portland, Oregon, and the Trumer Brewery in Berkeley, California.

Session is short, dark and totally drinkable. The initial tastes are a subtle pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors with precise hopping to provide an elegant citrus background to the delicate finish of dark cocoa.

So here we are 25 years later. Very humbled, grateful, and amazed that we got here in one piece. Still a mix of beer geeks and board heads. Still independent. Still trying to find that perfect balance between art and commerce, work and play, inspiration and perspiration.
