Rogue Cider

Our ciders are exactly what the name suggests-CIDER GONE ROGUE. Each flavor is a bold combination of Pacific NW apples, a proprietary palate of ingredients we grow on Rogue Farms, and a medley of other delicious fruit sourced from Oregon’s rich bounty. The results are terroir to tap ciders that don’t play by the rules, meant to bring out the Rogue in each of us.

Wyder’s

Presenting a soft golden hue, this is a traditional hard cider that is full in body with a smooth apple finish.

Woodchuck

As cool and invigorating as a brisk morning in Vermont’s Green Mountains, Woodchuck Crisp Cider is a refreshing hard cider that’s delicate in body and brimming with delicious apple flavor. Artfully perfected by our Cider Master, this session cider is sure to keep you refreshed, lively and, like all our unique, tasty Woodchuck Ciders… independent to the core.

Magners

Sometimes we fancy something a little different. That’s why we made Magners Golden Draught, it gives people something with a really crisp taste by using a higher proportion of the smaller, harder to crush Dabinett and Michelin apples.

Blackthorn

Blackthorn is made using a secret blend of bittersweet cider apples, delivering a distinctive and unforgettable medium-dry taste that remains true to its Somerset roots.
As tastes have changed Blackthorn has become a little less dry in taste. However we still press English bittersweet cider apples to deliver its distinctive crispness.

Bite Hard

Bite Hard Apple Cider is a crisp, semi dry cider, slow fermented from heirloom apples in an English tradition. Made from tannic and full bodied fruit, this cider carries its distinctive BITE with a clean and unique apple finish and citrus notes. We take the time to seek out and preserve the best that Autumn has to offer.

Seattle Cider

Not your standard cider. Seattle Cider Company is the city’s first cidery since prohibition, bringing true craft cider back to Seattle. Bridging the gap between wine and beer with flavorful, small-batch cider, Seattle Cider’s initial offerings – Dry and Semi-Sweet – break the mold of overly sweet cider, bringing the natural flavors of Washington apples to the forefront.

Schilling Cider

All our ciders are handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest. Never back-sweetened, we use only 100% fresh pressed apples, locally sourced non-GMO ingredients, and individually hand-select yeast strains to create a cider experience that is truly unique.

Reverend Nat’s

Reverend Nat is a single-minded cider evangelist who searches the world for superior ingredients to handcraft the most unusual ciders that no one else will make. Enjoy my hard cider throughout Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Idaho, SoCal, Japan, Singapore, Alaska, Hawaii & at my public taproom.

Cascadia Cider

Our ciderworkers use only Cascadia-grown ingredients. Look for our cans in stores and draft in bars in the Portland metro area. The Pacific Northwest grows more apples than anywhere else in the country, so we make hard cider here.
