Truly hard seltzers are made by Boston Beer Company, a brewery known for its Louis Koch Lager recipe. Boston Beer Company’s story began in 1984 when Jim Koch found his family’s recipe for the beer and raised money to open his own company. Now, the company makes many kinds of beer.
